Description

Summary table assessment of the prevalence of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) diagnoses in the Mini-Sentinel Distributed Database (ICD-9-CM [International Classification of Diseases, 9th Revision, Clinical Modification] Diagnosis Code 410).

Results were generated using the Mini-Sentinel Distributed Query Tool and the 3-Digit ICD-9-CM Diagnosis Summary Table. Summary tables are precompiled stratified counts.  Queries were run in the inpatient setting. Queries were executed in July/August 2011. This report includes data from 14 Data Partners.
